Content Policy

Effective November 1, 2026

VYREEL is for adults aged 18 and older. These rules apply to everything you put into VYREEL (prompts, Avoid text, images, report and support messages) and everything it makes for you. They are part of our Terms of Service.

Never allowed

Nudity and explicit sexual content. No exposed genitals, nipples or areolae, bare buttocks, transparent clothing exposing intimate areas, pornography, explicit or simulated sexual acts, masturbation or sexual fetish content. This includes attempts to remove coverage through the Avoid box or edited images.
Anything that sexualizes or endangers minors. Zero tolerance. All depicted people must be clearly adults aged 18 or older. No depictions of minors or age-ambiguous youthful people in suggestive scenes, and nothing that shows minors being abused or put in danger. We report child sexual exploitation to NCMEC and close the account.
Graphic violence and harm. No gore, blood and visible wounds, torture, graphic or realistic killing or injury of people, cruelty to animals, mass violence or terrorism, or threats against real people. Action, fantasy and sci-fi battles, martial arts, sports, superheroes, and toy, prop or historical weapons are fine when there's no gore.
Self-harm and suicide. No content that shows or encourages suicide, self-injury, or eating disorders. If you're struggling, please reach out to someone you trust or a local helpline; in the US, call or text 988.
Hate, harassment, and extremism. No attacks on people for their race, ethnicity, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or similar traits; no extremist symbols or propaganda; no bullying or threats.
Harmful use of real people. No explicit sexual, nude, nonconsensual intimate, humiliating, or defamatory videos of real people, and no realistic fakes meant to deceive, such as fake news events, fake statements by public figures, or election misinformation. Don't upload photos of other people without their permission.
Illegal and dangerous content. No content that promotes illegal drugs, weapons trafficking, fraud, scams, or other crimes, or gives instructions that could seriously hurt people.
Other people's rights. Don't use characters, logos, music, or photos you don't have the right to use.

Welcome

Non-nude adult thirst traps, sultry posing, swimwear, opaque lingerie, flirting, kissing and suggestive dance or twerking are welcome when everyone is clearly 18+, intimate areas stay covered and there are no explicit sexual acts or fetish activity. Use fictional adults or your own or an authorized adult likeness; nonconsensual intimate transformations and intimate public-figure impersonations remain prohibited.

Cinematic scenes, nature, cities, products and ads, fashion and beauty, animation and anime, fantasy and sci-fi, action without gore, sports, dance, comedy, horror atmosphere without graphic injury, and videos of yourself that follow these rules.

How every request is checked

Your prompt is checked by our rules and by an AI safety model before any credits are held.
The Avoid box can't be used to remove clothing or safety from a scene.
Every source image is checked when you upload it. Blocked images are deleted.
Every decoded frame of a new video is reviewed before delivery. Review can take several worker runs. Videos that cannot be fully checked are held, never partially approved; blocked videos are refunded.
Seedance 2.5, Gemini and Kling 4 videos keep sound only after audio review under these rules. Motion Sync reference audio requires separate rights consent and review. If sound cannot be checked, it is removed. Models without sound support stay silent; extra tracks and metadata are removed.

If the safety check can't run for a moment, nothing is created and no credits are used; please try again shortly.

What happens when something is blocked

You see a message explaining which rule the request broke, and no credits are used.
3 blocked requests in 24 hours pause video creation on your account for 24 hours.
6 blocked requests in 30 days, or any request flagged as a child-safety risk, pause video creation until our team reviews the account.
Serious or repeated violations lead to a permanent ban. We report child sexual exploitation to NCMEC and cooperate with law enforcement.
